Southern Karate Jiu-Jitsu Ladies Self Defense Classses are held several times a year. Ladies travel from all over our region to join this free event. They have traveled from Baton Rouge, Ponchatoula, Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Abita Springs, Franklinton, Hammond, Kenner, and other surrounding areas. This year we have dedicated the entire month of June to our Ladies! Every Thursday is Ladies night. Our Self Defense Class starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 7:45 PM. These events are Free and for ages 13 and up.

A special thanks to all the ladies that gave up their time to attend theses events!! The Southern Karate Staff really enjoyed sharing our time with each student! We love what we do and look forward to our next self defense event!
